BrandForge and its logos, designs, and software are our intellectual property and may not be copied or used without permission.

BrandForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in harmful activities. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may request your data before account deletion by contacting our support team.
