Khalti and eSewa Integration: Set Up Payments the Right Way

2Getting Your Khalti Merchant Account

Visit merchant.khalti.com and click Register. Fill in your business details (business name, PAN, bank account), upload your citizenship and business registration documents, and wait 2-5 business days for verification. Once approved, you will receive your Public Key and Secret Key.

4Getting Your eSewa Merchant Account

Visit merchant.esewa.com.np and register. Complete the KYC with your citizenship and business documents. After verification, get your eSewa ID and Secret Key.

8Understanding the Payment Flow

When a customer places an order, they select items and click Checkout, fill in delivery details, choose payment method (Khalti / eSewa / COD). For digital payments they are redirected to the payment app and on success the order is confirmed with a notification. For COD the order is placed immediately with payment on delivery.
